Shoshinsha Kata sono Ichi (Beginners Kata 1) of Ashihara Karate performed by AKI Honbu students with the kata and application. Kata performed by Herschelle Buckenjohn and Yaaseen-Ali Rawoot. The attacking combinations are also shown and the Bunkai in a one-one manner (where both attacker and defender does the kata) is done by Kaicho Hoosain Narker and Abdul-Khaaliq Dlamini, former uchi deshi and Swaziland DojoCho as well as against multiple opponents.  This is part of our new kata dvd and is the first kata taught to students.
